The HSU has submitted an appeal dispute against the registration of the Clinpath Laboratories Enterprise Agreement. It should not have been registered by the Fair Work Commission, as a number of substantive procedural errors were made in the application and registration processes that Clinpath Laboratories followed.
We’ll be meeting with your HSU reps to determine the next steps, and will be in touch with members shortly.
