Please be advised that it is with great disappointment and surprise that we learn that the Clinpath Laboratories Enterprise Agreement has been registered by the Fair Work Commission.
We believe that a number of procedural matters have not been followed as neither the HSUSA/NT nor the HSU National Office were advised of any hearing or had received any response to our submissions regarding the application for registration made by your employer. As we believe that this is an error in the process of registration of this agreement we are now following up with the commission as to the avenues we may take in order to review their decision.
Please note we have twenty-one days to appeal this outcome and we will be keeping you informed.
