The Government is conducting a Survey to gain as much relevant data as possible to assist the Committee in attain a better understanding of the impact and prevalence of workplace fatigue and bullying in SA hospitals and health services.

While the recent release of data from the public sector Your Voice Survey and 2018 ICAC Integrity Survey have been useful, the information contained in these reports only partially aligns with the Inquiry Terms of Reference.
As part of the Inquiry the Committee is running a Survey (attached). The Survey is opened to all staff who are currently working in SA hospitals and health services. The Survey is opened for completion until 5.00pm on Friday 31 May 2019.
Information collected as part of this Survey will assist the Committee to better understand the impact and prevalence of workplace fatigue and bullying in SA hospitals and health services. The Committee would like to receive feedback from as many staff as possible regardless of whether you have been directly affected by fatigue and/or bullying.
The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and all questions are optional.
